Set up your touchscreen

Start with Hardware instructions to answer a few questions and find the guide for your screen and player. If you are unsure which model you have, use hardware identification before changing settings.

Open Rocket

Go to rocketalumnisolutions.com and click Login in the top-right corner.
2

Use your invited email

Your work email is your username. If this is your first sign-in, open the Welcome to Rocket email and use its link to set your password.
3

Choose your site

Select the site you want to manage. Verify its name before editing if your account can access more than one site.
4

Open the editor

Choose Manage Site. The website editor shows a live preview on the left and an editing bar on the right.
Editing is not available on a mobile phone. Use a desktop, laptop, or tablet.

Make a safe first edit

  1. Open the exact page, folder, or profile you want to change.
  2. Use the right-side Text, Media, Colors, or Settings & Layouts tab.
  3. Watch the live preview on the left.
  4. Reload the public web page to confirm the result.
  5. Allow about 15 minutes for a physical touchscreen to show the update.
Changes in these page-specific tabs save automatically. For other settings, see saving and previewing. If you make a mistake, open Menu → Change History to review and undo supported changes.

Build your first content

If your invitation or support emails do not arrive, see email delivery and safe senders.

Choose the right help path

  • In the Customer Portal, select Need more help? → Chat with support when you are stuck right now.
  • Use Create Request for a large first-time upload, moving an archive into Rocket, or a content project already agreed with Rocket.
  • Email support@rocketalumnisolutions.com for access, permissions, hardware, or anything not documented here.
