Use this guide for the ClearTouch ZenBox, also called the RocketBox, used with an interactive touchscreen. Leave Rocket Touchscreen in its default mode and enter your site ID. Have your Rocket site ID ready. Ask your project owner or Rocket support if you do not know it. Your school IT team manages network credentials.
For a Rocket Signage installation, use Switch to Cast Mode and a screen display code instead. Follow Set up Rocket Signage. The touchscreen steps below use a site ID.
