It can help with many editing tasks available for your account. Review the result, and use **Chat with our team** when you need more help.

## Popular answers

> **Why are the editing controls missing?**
>
> The website editor works on a desktop, laptop, or tablet, not a phone. On a computer, return browser zoom to normal, confirm you selected the correct site, and reload the page.

> **Do I need to save my changes?**
>
> Edits in the page-specific editing tabs save automatically. **General** and **SEO** settings require **Save changes**. See [saving and previewing](https://rocketalumnisolutions.mintlify.site/getting-started/editing-basics.md#saving-and-previewing). A physical touchscreen may take about 15 minutes to show changes.

> **Where is Bulk Edit?**
>
> Open the page you want to manage. In the editing bar on the right, open **Settings & Layouts**. **Bulk Edit** is directly below **Add Content** when that page and content type support it.

> **How do I get urgent help?**
>
> In the Customer Portal, select **Need more help? → Chat with support** when you are actively stuck. For general support, email [support@rocketalumnisolutions.com](mailto:support@rocketalumnisolutions.com).
